Kim Du Plessis

Project Director | Facilitator

I have always been fascinated by people. We are such a creative, diverse, complex species with the capacity to grow and do and expand beyond our limitations and boundaries, time and time again people have looked at the impossible – dreamed a big dream and somehow despite all the odds turned imagination into reality and that reality becomes the norm for the next generation…. Horse-drawn carriages to cars, cars to trains, trains to planes, planes to spacecraft, even to landing on the moon and now offering space tourism, who would have thought? Being a part of an organisation that recognises this unending potential in humanity and calling it out is my privilege and pleasure.

That lightbulb moment. There’s nothing greater than watching a person have an ‘A-ha’ moment, realising that they have the power to change their own lives, that they have unending potential. Transformation starts within, once you change your mindset you change your life.
